Its excellent location, between the magnificient town of Gubbio (just 10 minutes by car) and the Etruscan town of Perugia, benefits from the magnificent view of the Umbrian hills and the charming ambience of the Franciscan route.

ACCOMODATIONS

IL MELO APARTMENT

It is 350 square feet; it has got 2 triple bedrooms and a big bathroom with a shower, a tub, and a bidet as well. Another bed is also available in the main living area for another guest.

The kitchen is fully equipped with satellite TV, gas stove, refrigerator washing machine, fireplace and it is surrounded by a big garden where you can relax and enjoy the spectacular view of the Umbrian hills.

You can also enjoy the organic fruit of our garden and pick it up directly from the trees. Or enjoy the fresh air during a barbeque dinner under the stars.

THE CHALET

The chalet is an independent little house just in the middle of our garden, and is ideal for a romantic and charming holiday it is divided on split-levels.

On the first floor there is a loft like area with fireplace, a queen size bed, a fully equipped kitchen area, and a private elegant bathroom with shower bidet and a washing machine.

Downstairs there is a triple bedroom with private bathroom. The chalet has private access to the garden from both levels and is surrounded by the wonderful view of the countryside.
